Client: Novotel London West Hotel and restaurant London W8 Project: Naming and designing a new logo for a brochure project consisting of assembling under the same name the 4 restaurants open within this Novotel space. It was requested as well to propose ideas and explore solutions for proposing an affordable menu to the primary zone of an office neighborhood. Brief: Attracting guest, from the primary zone for lunch or drink after work. Solution: We first worked with the Novotel Employees Committee on the creation of a name for this ‘marketing’ place to be created within the Novotel restaurant zone. To attract additional guests, we first wanted to launch a membership card with various offers, but finally we opted to develop a voucher concertina brochure with great promotions to utilize guests’ needs. Every human resource was involved, from the waitress and her service, to the head chief who created special menu for this project. A photographer was commissioned to take a series of photographs revealing the qualities of the food provided, and the brochure was designed in a simple and efficient way to be as successful and understandable as possible. |
